Hey, there… I’m Dave!
I hold certifications in both the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) & the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), with a B.S. and M.S. in Safety and Health Management. My commitment to professionalism has made me one of the most requested inspectors in the Greater Philadelphia area. I live in Bucks County and am a Pennsylvania State Compliant home inspector, serving Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester Counties, as well as the City of Philadelphia.
